Job Description

Position: Operations Officer

Reports to: Operations Manager

Industry: Mining

Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia

Job Overview:

The Operations Officer will manage daily operations focusing on optimizing processes and improving efficiency. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals. The Operations Officer will be responsible for resource allocation maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales logistics and other teams to support organizational goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet business needs and project deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational workflows and performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
  • Continuously assess operations to ensure tasks and processes are carried out effectively.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance operational workflows reduce costs and boost productivity.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to address operational needs and optimize companywide performance.
  • Assist in budget management ensuring that operational costs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify potential risks within operational processes and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Ensure consistency in operational procedures and quality control maintaining high performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and operational procedures.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:

  • Mon Fri: 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: 8:30 am 12:00 pm

Salary:

  • Negotiable
