DevOps Engineer - Equity Only

StealthMode StartUp Client is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design implement and manage the infrastructure and deployment pipelines of an innovative highperformance platform. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability scalability and security while enabling seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining CI/CD pipelines optimizing cloud infrastructure and maintaining high availability for both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design build and manage scalable infrastructure solutions using tools like Terraform CloudFormation or similar technologies.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery cycles.
• Oversee and optimize cloudbased infrastructure (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) for high availability and costefficiency.
• Implement monitoring alerting and logging solutions (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Enforce security best practices including encryption access controls and vulnerability assessments across all infrastructure layers.
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity during incidents.
• Proactively plan and implement infrastructure scaling strategies to accommodate anticipated user growth and increased platform demands.
• Work closely with Developers QA Engineers and Product Teams to optimize workflows and address technical challenges.
• Automate routine operational tasks deployments and infrastructure management to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Maintain clear and uptodate infrastructure documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in AWS GCP or Azure with handson experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
• Previous startup experience would be an advantage.
• Expertise with Docker Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Proficiency with Terraform CloudFormation or similar IaC tools.
• Familiarity with tools such as Prometheus Grafana Splunk or ELK stack for system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of security protocols encryption and access control mechanisms in a cloud environment.
• Strong scripting skills in Python Bash or similar languages for automating deployment and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical infrastructure challenges quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to align technical solutions with product goals.
