Job Description
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN EQUITYONLY ROLE AND THE INTERVIEWS WILL COMMENCE IN FEBRUARY 2025.
StealthMode StartUp Client is seeking a FrontEnd Engineer to design develop and optimize the frontend architecture of a dynamic web and mobile platform. This role will focus on building scalable efficient and maintainable frontend systems ensuring seamless integration with backend services and delivering an exceptional user experience across devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend architecture advanced JavaScript frameworks and a deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a scalable frontend architecture that supports platform growth and evolving requirements.
- Ensure reusability modularity and performance optimization in the frontend codebase.
- Collaborate with other Engineers to establish efficient data exchange protocols.
- Transform UI/UX designs and wireframes into highquality responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Work with Senior UI/UX Designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Develop and maintain reusable components and frontend libraries.
- Optimize frontend rendering performance across different devices and browsers.
- Implement advanced caching strategies and lazy loading to improve page load times.
- Monitor and address frontend performance bottlenecks.
- Implement and manage frontend state management systems (e.g. Redux Context API Vuex).
- Ensure data consistency across frontend components and backend APIs.
- Work closely with Engineers Product Managers and UI/UX Designers to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Actively participate in sprint planning code reviews and technical brainstorming sessions.
- Integrate with backend APIs and thirdparty services ensuring seamless data flow.
- Build secure and efficient frontendtobackend communication protocols.
- Write unit tests integration tests and endtoend tests to ensure frontend code stability and reliability.
- Debug and resolve frontend issues and errors efficiently.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for frontend architecture workflows and component libraries.
- Provide clear guidelines for frontend best practices to other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies tools and industry trends.
- Proactively recommend new tools and frameworks to enhance frontend capabilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a FrontEnd Engineer or in a similar technical frontend role.
- Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
- Previous startup experience would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in React.js Angular Vue.js or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience with JavaScript TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Handson experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux MobX Vuex).
- Expertise in frontend performance optimization techniques including lazy loading and caching.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks like Jest Mocha or Cypress.
- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Trello Slack).
- Strong debugging and problemsolving skills.
- Experience creating technical documentation for frontend architectures and systems.
