Job Description

Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA or Equivalent
  • 5 years in managing sales operations for 1025 team members in Software IT Solutions or Telecom industry.
  • Proven experience in team management coaching and developing highperformance sales teams.
  • Strong background in process optimization and sales performance management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on coaching mentoring and motivating teams.
  • Strong ability to manage and resolve conflicts address performance gaps and drive team cohesion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from sales data and metrics.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales operations tools CRM software and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the sales team including Lead Generations and Key Accounts Manager.
  • Establish clear sales targets and KPIs monitor individual and team progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews provide constructive feedback support & motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Evaluate and streamline existing sales processes to improve efficiency reduce bottlenecks and enhance the overall sales workflow.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work closely with Sales Digital Marketing Finance and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales strategies that contribute to the overall business goals.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs company offerings and strategic goals with clear compelling value propositions.
  • Oversee the documentation of sales processes best practices and training materials for the sales team.
