Job Description
- Videography and Photography:
- Lead the endtoend production process for client and inhouse shoots including preproduction onset direction and postproduction.
- Capture professionalgrade video and stills that align with brand guidelines and creative concepts.
- Operate a wide range of cameras lighting and equipment to deliver exceptional visuals.
- Creative Direction:
- Work with creative teams to develop innovative visual concepts for campaigns advertisements and content creation.
- Contribute to the storyboarding process ensuring visual storytelling is impactful and onbrand.
- Client Collaboration:
- Liaise with clients to understand project goals vision and requirements.
- Deliver customized solutions to meet client expectations while ensuring creativity and technical excellence.
- Technical Expertise:
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest tools trends and techniques in visual production.
- PostProduction Oversight:
- Collaborate with editors to ensure final output meets creative and technical standards.
- Review and approve edits color grading and retouching to maintain consistency in quality.
- Content Archiving:
- Organize and manage digital assets for internal and client use.
- Build a comprehensive archive for easy retrieval and repurposing of media.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Photography Cinematographer or similar role.
- Expertise in operating advanced cameras drones lighting and audio equipment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing videography and photography work.
- Creative storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition lighting and detail.
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Lightroom Photoshop).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different shooting conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital agency or production house environment.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media content.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or animation (a plus).
