Roles and responsibilities

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Manager - SAP Applications. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of our SAP applications, ensuring they effectively support our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Your leadership will be essential in driving innovation and applying best practices across our SAP landscape, while collaborating with various departments to meet their unique operational needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the SAP technical architecture including Basic, Security, and GRC Access Control
Support applications implementation and roll out to Qiddiya's assets
Support the day-to-day SAP landscape operations including the design, development, and implementation.
Manage a team of SAP professionals, providing mentorship and fostering culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Collaborate with business units to identify needs, define requirements, and develop solutions using SAP applications
Stay up-to-date with SAP trends and updates, evaluating their potential impact on the organization
SAP System Management and Optimization
Oversee the installation, configuration, and customization of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BW, SAP SuccessFactors).
Ensure SAP applications are integrated effectively with other business systems and platforms.
Continuously assess the performance and functionality of SAP applications, identifying opportunities for optimization, system enhancements, and performance improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP applications, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.

Desired candidate profile

9-13 years of experience in SAP technical architecture, including Basic, Security, and GRC Access Control
In-depth knowledge of SAP applications, emerging technologies, and market trends
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, or a related field
Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and projects
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including experience managing SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of business processes across various functional areas (finance, sales, supply chain, HR, etc.) and how they align with SAP systems.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience managing and leading a team of SAP professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues with SAP applications and integrations.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, as well as to create clear reports and documentation.
Security and Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices for managing SAP systems.
Vendor Management: Experience managing relationships with SAP vendors and third-party consultants to ensure system performance and meet contractual obligations.
