The Role The Client and the Project:
This is a contract role initially for 8 months (potentially extendable for a longer term) working with a leading global consulting/SAP implementation partner for one of the biggest SAP implementation projects in the public sector in the KSA. The SAP implementation project and the public sector client is based in Riyadh KSA.
Job Responsibilities:
A successful candidate for this role shall be responsible for:
- Overall lead of the SAP SuccessFactors workstream of the project including management of the project workstream activities and deliverables in all phases of the SAP implementation project from an initiation phase to completion of hypercare after golive of SAP SuccessFactors solutions;
- Leading explore build testing cutover/deployment activities and hypercare support activities in the SAP SuccessFactors workstream of the project;
- Active involvement in change management activities related to human capital management and payroll processes;
- Planning and management of the team of consultants involved in the SAP SuccessFactors project workstream;
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SF Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll processes with other systems such as SAP S/4HANA;
- Expert knowledge and handson implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central Compensation and Employee Central Payroll.
Requirements
A successful candidate for this role shall have the following knowledge and experience and the education background:
Bachelors Degree or a higherlevel education diploma/degree;
- Minimum 10 years of SAP implementation experience (not SAP support SAP product management or other SAPrelated experience);
- Minimum 4 or more successfully completed and fullcycle SAP implementation projects (from a project initiation/explore phases to golive and successful completion of hypercare support after golive);
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Activate implementation methodology;
- Expert knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors especially in Employee Central Compensation and Employee Central Payroll processes;
- Previous experience of SAP implementation in public sector entities is an additional advantage;
- Team Lead skills and experience;
- Change Management experience;
- Excellent communication experience.
