Location: Remote (Available to candidates residing from Coimbra to Algarve)
Language Requirement: C2 or Native Hungarian
Employment Type: Permanent Contract (3month trial period)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00 (Rotative Shifts)
- 2 rotative days off per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide detailed information on products and services.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Native or C2 level proficiency in Hungarian.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is a bonus but not required.
