Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the Manager - Internal Communications. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective internal communication strategies that promote a collaborative culture and keep employees informed and engaged. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing staff alignment with our vision and values.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and enhance employee engagement
Craft clear, compelling, and timely communications to various employee audiences
Manage internal communication platforms, including the company intranet, newsletters, and information sessions
Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
Organize and facilitate events that promote collaboration and team building
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement
Provide guidance and support to management on communication-related matters
1. Internal Communication Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and values.
Identify key messages to communicate across different internal audiences and create tailored content for each group (e.g., leadership, departments, general staff).
Plan and manage communication campaigns for company initiatives, projects, and major organizational changes (e.g., mergers, rebranding, or leadership transitions).
Ensure that the communication strategy supports employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
2. Content Creation and Management
Create, edit, and manage various internal communication materials such as newsletters, intranet content, emails, presentations, announcements, and memos.
Ensure that all communications are clear, accurate, and align with the organization's brand and tone.
Produce engaging content that encourages employee interaction and fosters a sense of community within the organization.
Manage internal social media platforms (if applicable), encouraging employees to engage and share content relevant to company culture and updates.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
A minimum of 6 years of experience in internal communications or related areas
Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to measure communication effectiveness
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred
