Job Description

Are you an organized and proactive individual with exceptional multitasking skills Were looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking on a variety of tasks to support a productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations including managing supplies coordinating maintenance and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate with staff and external partners for appointments and events.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing data entry and preparing documents and reports for leadership and teams.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence ensuring timely responses and routing to the appropriate contacts.
  • Event Planning: Organize office events meetings and teambuilding activities including booking venues and arranging logistics.
  • Vendor Liaison: Work with vendors to manage office supplies equipment and service contracts.
  • Support for Teams: Provide general administrative assistance to teams and leadership as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in office coordination administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with office management tools and software is a plus.
