Job Description
Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Wendell NC
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Accounting Manager to join our team in Wendell NC. This role will oversee our Accounting team of eight professionals ensuring operational excellence and compliance while driving financial integrity and strategic improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Accounting team.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory accounting processes and support manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to provide financial insights and support business decisionmaking.
- Ensure adherence to all accounting principles regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a highperforming accounting function.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification (required).
- Significant experience in an accounting leadership role preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Expertise in inventory accounting processes.
- Strong analytical organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
