Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through various channels: phone live chat email and social media
- Assist with account setup verification login issues financial queries and technical concerns
- Serve as a trusted advisor particularly for clients in the sports sector
- Respond promptly to customer questions concerns and feedback
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Uphold service excellence while adhering to company policies
- Suggest improvements to enhance processes and customer experiences
Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
