Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us build relationships with potential clients by scheduling appointments with key decisionmakers in the US and Indian markets. As an Appointment Setter you will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts ensuring a steady flow of leads for our sales team.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone email and other communication platforms.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with decisionmakers in the B2B B2C and B2B SaaS markets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of ROI Boosters to prospects.
  • Gather and organize data from multiple platforms (LinkedIn CRM systems databases etc.) to identify and engage highpotential leads.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls emails and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they are wellinformed and interested in the companys offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointmentsetting processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Experience in the B2B B2C and B2B SaaS markets strong understanding of how these sectors operate.
  • Proficient in data gathering from various platforms such as LinkedIn Google CRM tools and databases to identify and track potential clients.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting lead generation or sales development ideally within the US or Indian markets.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems (experience with platforms like HubSpot Salesforce etc. is a plus).
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
