Job Description
Our client is a leading healthcare and insurance company. To cover the important business tasks of our client we seek a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in AWS cloud services infrastructure as code and DevOps practices to support our cloudnative application development and deployment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust scalable cloud environment that aligns with business needs.
- Design secure highperforming AWS architectures tailored for growth and efficiency as well as costeffectiveness.
- Adapt the cloudbased solution to evolving business needs.
- Configure VPCs including subnets and security groups as per guidelines provided by network teams.
- Set resourcebased policies in tune with AWS best practices.
- Write and manage IaC (using Terraform) to ensure consistent repeatable deployments.
- Exploit opportunities for automation wherever possible in the project.
- Configure CI/CD to scale with requirements. Like smoothly adding a new AWS account for deployment of code.
- Track cloud performance and costs implementing costeffective improvements.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of handson experience with AWS services like Lambda EC2 and DynamoDB.
- 35 years in designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure.
- Good working knowledge of Terraform.
- Strong skills in any of Python (preferred) GoLang or Node.js.
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GithubAcitons).
- Clear understanding of AWS network concepts for VPC subnets security groups.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing serverless solutions endtoend.
- Strong grasp of IaC principles with practical implementation experience.
- Excellent ability to troubleshoot analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration accorss multiple teams
- Right attitude to learn and explore new technical skills and products.
Nice to have:
- AWS SAM
- Scripting experience in Bash.
- IAM based policies and trust relationship configuration.
- Background in building workflows for automated file transfer and processing.
