- Identifying and monitoring account receivables
- Managing disputes related to payments invoices and contract management
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Coworking with Billing account management and Sales Team
- Carry out other administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- Quick learner
- Problem solving attitude & willing to go further
- Positive adaptation to a fastchanging environment
- Ability to work independently after training
- Ability to report on a remote basis if necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken
- Availability to start immediately
- previous collection experience will be a plus point
