You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance for our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. As a Hotel Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are wellmaintained safe and operational. You will lead a team of maintenance staff coordinate with external contractors and develop maintenance schedules to ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning properly. Your role will also involve budgeting procurement of maintenance supplies and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to maintenance excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be expected to conduct regular inspections identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to prevent downtime and costly repairs. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities preparing reports and providing recommendations for improvements.
