Position : Junior Analyst
Working Schedule : 8AM5PM EST
Salary Range :$1000$1500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Junior Analyst – Real Estate Underwriting
Our client is seeking a Junior Analyst to support their senior analyst team in underwriting new real estate deals. This role will provide essential assistance in deal evaluation data analysis and financial modeling focusing on multifamily assets. The Junior Analyst will work closely with the senior analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior analyst in underwriting real estate deals primarily in multifamily properties.
- Conduct research and data analysis
- Maintain financial models in Excel to support deal underwriting.
- Provide clear documentation and presentation of analysis and findings.
- Assist in preparing reports summaries and presentations for internal review.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in real estate underwriting investment analysis or a related field; multifamily experience is ideal but strong real estate knowledge is essential.
- Experience in billing and invoices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of English proficiency.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry standards.
