Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business
growth.
Identify and prioritize key target markets industries and clients for business development efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients industry partners and key stakeholders.
Lead the endtoend sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and operations to ensure
alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and
risks.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts to senior
management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
10 years of experience in business development sales or a related role with a proven track record of
driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT Services Industry market dynamics customer needs and competitive
landscape.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and
credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into
actionable plans and initiatives.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
