Job Description
Position Description: 12/19/2024 This is set as a 6month project with a high probability of extension. Vendor performance reviews every 6 months. If extended this project will be amended to extend the duration. This is only the QuestionandAnswer portion of this RFP. Vendor proposals are not requested but will be after the Q and A portion is complete. Below in Attachment section is the RFP for your review. Vendors are invited to submit any questions for the Agency response. Instructions: 1. Review the RFP in attachment section. 2. Download the questionandanswer template in attachment section. 3. Enter your questions you would like the agency response for more clarification or information. 4. You will submit your question template to ************* a. The subject line or your email Questions TABLEAU VISUALIZATION b. Please use this subject line so that all vendor questions are captured and submitted to the agency for Manager response. 5. Emailed Vendor Questions must be sent on or before 12/27/2024 @ 3:00PM MST (Utah Time) The MSP will compile and organize all vendor questions in one template and send to the Agency for their response. The Status of the Posting will be Questions. After the agency response is completed the Q and A will be posted the status will change to Answer. When the Status is Answer the posting will be updated with instructions and request for vendor bid proposals. New date for vendor bids will be included. Summary: this is the vendors opportunity to ask any question on this project prior to submitting proposals for this project.
