Looking for HR Recruiter/ Generalist
Location: Chandivali Mumbai
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Recruitment Responsibilities:
a. Take ownership of the recruitment process including sourcing candidates scheduling interviews
coordinating with recruitment consultants and managing followups for both technical and
nontechnical roles.
b. Empanel and manage relationships with recruitment consultants ensuring effective collaboration and
alignment with company hiring standards.
c. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs using job boards
social media networking and other sourcing strategies.
d. Organize and lead campus recruitment drives and presentations working closely with educational
institutes and coordinating with internal technical teams as necessary to manage endtoend
recruitment processes.
e. Analyze recruitment metrics assess consultant/vendor effectiveness and recommend improvements
for hiring outcomes.
f. Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
2. HR Generalist Responsibilities:
a. Facilitate onboarding processes by preparing documentation coordinating orientation sessions and
ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
b. Provide administrative support for HR functions including attendance tracking leave management and
employee records maintenance.
c. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive and collaborative workplace
culture.
d. Compile HR data for reporting purposes maintain dashboards and assist in analyzing HR metrics for
continuous improvement.
e. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
Responsibilities and task allocation may evolve based on business needs to ensure optimal utilization of skills and
alignment with organizational priorities.
Skills & Qualifications Required
a. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates
employees and external partners is a must.
b. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling employee data preparing reports and ensuring
compliance.
c. Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
d. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related
field.
e. Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated ability to source and assess candidates effectively with prior
experience in IT and technical recruitment being an advantage.
f. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced
environment.
g. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn adapt and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
h. Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software
or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
