Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter and Generalist to manage endtoend recruitment processes and support HR operations. This hybrid role combines talent acquisition and generalist responsibilities offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Responsibilities - Manage the recruitment process including sourcing candidates scheduling interviews and coordinating with recruitment consultants for technical and nontechnical roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants to ensure effective collaboration.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline using job boards social media networking and other sourcing strategies.
- Organize and lead campus recruitment drives partnering with educational institutions and internal technical teams.
- Analyze recruitment metrics assess consultant/vendor effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
HR Generalist Responsibilities - Facilitate onboarding processes including documentation orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth new hire experience.
- Support HR operations such as attendance tracking leave management and maintaining employee records.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
- Compile HR data maintain dashboards and analyze metrics for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment and HR operations with prior experience in IT and technical recruitment preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software or applicant tracking systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with candidates employees and external partners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and timemanagement capabilities in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn adapt and take on new challenges.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling employee data reports and compliance tasks.
Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in IT computing or other service sectors are highly preferred.
