Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with relevant departments to inform the manager when orders are ready for a Quality Control Check.
2. Conduct inwarding of orders after Quality Control checks ensuring compliance with quality standards. Upload the details into the system (ERP) attach price tags after aligning prices with the days diamond/gold rates and verify that each order has a guarantee card attached. Send the orders to the Finished Goods Department.
3. Proactively communicate any delays in order fulfillment by vendors to the manager and provide regular updates on the status of pending orders.
4. Collaborate with the team to provide inputs for the selection of appropriate vendors for new product development and executing customer orders. Assist in evaluating vendor performance based on quality cost and timeliness.
5. Verify and check vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness. Forward the invoices for processing to the finance or accounts department.
6. Prepare a distribution list for the final distribution of products to the stores ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
7. Stay updated with industry trends production processes and quality control standards to provide valuable insights for process improvement and efficiency.
Skill Required:
1. Graduation or diplomalevel education in a relevant field.
2. 02 years of experience in Production Planning and Control preferably in the jewellery industry.
3. Knowledge of production planning quality control and inventory management principles.
4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software including ERP systems.
