Job Description
Oversee the administration and support of the organizations servers networking
hardware and storage systems ensuring high availability performance and security
Manage data centre operations including physical and virtualized infrastructure.
Experience in Install configure and maintain Windows Server operating systems
(Windows Serverand 2022).
Manage Active Directory DNS DHCP and other essential server roles
Strong experience in IIS including installation configuration and troubleshooting
Solid experience in RAID management including setup maintenance and troubleshooting
Administration and manage cloud resources in AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud
Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments.
Proficiency in managing AWS environments including EC2 S3 RDS and VPC.
Demonstrated experience in administering Office 365 (O365) environments
Familiarity with HyperV virtualization including VM creation optimization and resource
management.
Indepth knowledge of patch management Change Management Incident
Management processes and tools
Strong experience in Active Directory (AD) environments Manage AD users groups
organizational units (OUs) Perform regular Active Directory health checks including
replication monitoring and troubleshooting.
Design configure and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across the enterprise to
enforce security policies system configurations and user settings.
Regularly audit and review GPOs to ensure compliance with company policies and
industry best practices
Work closely with the security team to detect and mitigate potential vulnerabilities and
security risks within infrastructure.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining security measures backup
systems and disaster recovery solutions.
Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments of the server environment
Coordinate with thirdparty vendors and service providers to manage IT infrastructure
contracts SLAs and support agreements
Communicate with business stakeholders and management to align IT infrastructure
initiatives with organizational objectives
