Job Description
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers in Singapore.
- Manage existing client accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers providing expert advice on our products and services.
- Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals tailored to the clients needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Team Lead.
- Keep up to date with industry trends market dynamics and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Team Lead on market conditions and customer insights.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales preferably in the life sciences biotechnology or medical device sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Resultsdriven selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Fluent in English; additional languages would be a plus.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
