You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPurpose of role: This role will be responsible to maintain and develop sales growth for all John Crane product portfolio in East Java area
Key Activities:
Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer account
Presenting the product range and its technical attributes / benefits for customers and maintaining relationship
Provide training program for the Mineral Market
Support and coordinate customer enquiries quote preparation for nonpricelist products and work with Application Engineering
Facilitate price and negotiations in accordance with the guidelines
Preparation of monthly reports to communicate plan and progress.
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
Actively promote positive safety culture.
Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
Compliance to work instructions.
Raising corrective actions for all nonconformances.
Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Experience
Min 3 years experience in similar capacity
Technical Skills
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment knowledge of mechanical seals
People Skills
Ability to effectively manage and communicate in both written and spoken English
