About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for an exconsultant with 23 years of experience who is eager to work on highimpact projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Role Overview
The individual will play a key role in driving the execution of strategic initiatives across the company. Working closely with senior management you will manage crossfunctional projects solve critical business challenges and contribute to the companys longterm objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of special projects including strategic business initiatives process improvement efforts and operational enhancements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop project plans manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Present findings project updates and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Support senior management in decisionmaking by preparing reports financial models and strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting strategy or similar roles.
- Experience in financial services investments or advisory is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management tools financial modelling and Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Thai.
- Ability to navigate complex fastpaced environments while maintaining a resultsoriented mindset.
- Proactive adaptable and driven to excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.
