Job Description

Role: Lead Early Childhood Care & Development Training Delhi
Experience: 10 years 5 in ECCE/ECCD
Salary: 1013 LPA

About role:

Responsibilities included and not limited to

Technical Leadership and Capacity Building:

  • Develop and lead evidencebased inclusive ECD/ECE frameworks for orgs training initiatives meeting both national and international standards.
  • Implement and oversee training plans managing the entire cycle from planning and execution to review and scaling.
  • Drive technologyenabled training solutions to facilitate effective knowledge transfer across orgs networks including partnerships with CSOs and government agencies.
  • Lead the creation of evidencebased inclusive training curriculum and content utilizing innovative methods for digital audio and written formats.
  • Ensure quality systems are embedded within orgs training programs supporting teams at partner locations in adhering to standards and promoting continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Shape and lead orgs training initiatives to align with organizational goals and program strategies.
  • Support national expansion of orgs ECD and Early Childhood Education (ECE) interventions.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions multilateral organizations implementing partners and donors to elevate orgs presence and impact in the ECE/ECD field.

Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning:

  • Establish and refine indicators to measure ECD workforce impact program efficacy and child outcomes in line with SDGs and continuous quality improvement goals. Oversee assessments for ECD programs catering to different age groups (09 years) and roles (parents trainers and master trainers) supporting continuous program refinement.
  • Lead action research data analysis and knowledge building within orgs programs to contribute to evidencebased practice and policy advocacy.
  • Utilize research findings to strengthen orgs policy influence and strategic partnerships in ECD.

Partnerships and Resource Mobilization:

Support in identifying and engaging with donors who align with orgs ECD knowledge and development objectives.

Design and develop researchbased funding proposals ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Oversee resource utilization within orgs ECD Knowledge & Development vertical ensuring alignment with organizational values and financial stewardship.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Coach mentor and develop the ECD workforce building skills for ongoing professional growth.
  • Implement continuous improvement frameworks and feedback mechanisms for training and supervision integrating adult learning principles.
  • Develop resources and tools (e.g. manuals observation checklists) that support quality improvement in training delivery and supervision.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture providing learning opportunities for direct and indirect team members and aligning with orgs HR policies for appraisals feedback and recognition.

As a member of the Organizational Management Group the ECD Training & Quality Thematic Lead will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to guide the strategic direction of Mobile Creches working toward sustainable organizational growth and longterm impact.

  • Strategic thinking with adaptability and resourcefulness to manage complex initiatives
