You will work remotely aligning with USA hours to sell and promote our innovative storage solutions in urban neighbourhoods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with potential customers a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to close sales. Youll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across key cities including Atlanta Boston Brooklyn Culver City Los Angeles New York Oakland Queens San Francisco Seattle Walnut Creek and Washington DC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify engage and convert prospective customers into loyal clients.
- Promote storage solutions highlighting features such as digital key entry 12month price lock surprise milestone rewards shelving rentals insurance options and EasyMove services.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and followups.
- Provide tailored recommendations for addon services such as insurance plans shelving rentals and EasyMove assistance.
- Collaborate with the Member Experience team to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience for clients.
- Market Expansion:
- Drive awareness and adoption of our storage solutions in targeted urban neighbourhoods.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in storage demand within assigned cities.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies tailored to specific local markets.
- Digital Engagement:
- Leverage online tools CRM systems and social media to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Provide virtual consultations to customers showcasing the benefits of our storage solutions.
- Manage online reservations and offer guidance on optimizing storage space with our addons.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in sales business development or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the storage real estate or services industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in CRM systems and online sales tools.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
