ACES is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE on 5 Year Contract starting in Feb/Mar at offices in the Pentagon Arlington VA. QUALIFICATIONS
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI
- Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in field related to tasking with 10 years of general experience.
- Technical: Experience designing and implementing cybersecurity strategies policies and frameworks for complex enterprise and missioncritical environments. Proficient in risk assessment threat modeling and vulnerability mitigation techniques tailored to DoD standards and requirements. Handson expertise in securing specialized DoD systems including command and control networks joint information environments and cloudbased infrastructures. Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) FISMA compliance and enterprisewide cybersecurity capabilities including identity and access management (ICAM) automated endpoint monitoring and supply chain risk management (SCRM).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development implementation and integration of cybersecurity strategies policies and frameworks to enhance DoD cybersecurity operations and objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise to identify vulnerabilities enhance security engineering and support initiatives for a secure joint information environment including enterprise services and risk management frameworks (RMF).
- Support outreach and awareness activities related to cybersecurity and defensive cyber operations to promote regional cooperation information sharing and interoperability aligned with DoD objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Joint Staff Combatant Commands and other agencies to develop coordinated cybersecurity policies and international engagement strategies.
- Research and update cybersecurity management methodologies aligning policy to actionable metrics and ensuring integration with DoD Knowledge Service systems.
- Provide portfolio assessment and capability gap analysis documenting operational functional and technical requirements for enterprisewide cybersecurity solutions.
- Evaluate and support emerging cybersecurity technologies including identity and access management automated monitoring and supply chain risk management (SCRM) strategies.
- Assist with technical engineering vulnerability assessments and incident response for advanced cybersecurity systems and DoD acquisition programs.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as program roadmaps capability deployment strategies and risk management policies to align with DoD and national standards.
- Facilitate cybersecurityrelated working groups policy tracking and the integration of cybersecurity initiatives into acquisition processes and FISMA compliance efforts.
- Support international cybersecurity programs by developing outreach strategies engagement plans and coordinating exercises and agreements to promote global interoperability and information sharing.
