Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Content Writer to develop engaging content that highlights our expertise in staffing and recruiting with a special focus on hiring practices in Latin America. The role involves crafting blog posts articles and other content forms to educate and inform our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write 3 blog posts per week on topics related to staffing recruiting and human resources trends in Latin America.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts to gather insights and create compelling narrative content.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
- Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager to repurpose content across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content writing particularly in the staffing or human resources industry.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to hiring in Latin America.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English with the ability to produce clear and compelling content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- C1 English
