The company is hiring a talented Onboarding Coordinator to support its Customer Operations Onboarding Team in moving dental customers through the onboarding process.
The role involves managing assigned customer onboarding portfolios maintaining daily communication with clients and multitasking across various projects and activities. The ideal candidate thrives under tight deadlines in a fastpaced remote work environment while demonstrating excellent customerfacing skills critical thinking abilities and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinic onboarding process for a portfolio of dental clinic customers from contract signing through installation training and launch.
- Communicate daily with customers via email and phone to organize implementation and training sessions following up as needed.
- Use Salesforce as the primary tool for tracking customer activities ensuring updates are made daily.
- Collaborate effectively with the Onboarding Installation (engineering) Sales and Customer Success teams to address technical or productrelated issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow organization and communication.
- Proactively manage team needs and responsibilities without frequent supervision.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken with the ability to communicate effectively in English demonstrate understanding and apply critical thinking skills in various situations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous; experience supporting medical offices or in a dental context is highly preferred.
- Proficient in collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Suite. Willingness to become proficient in Salesforce or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems.
