Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daytoday construction activities at the site to ensure timely progress.

Monitor and manage workforce to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to resolve siterelated issues.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements onsite.

Inspect and verify the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site reports attendance records and progress updates.

Manage the procurement and inventory of materials required at the site.

Handle siterelated documentation and liaise with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

Strong understanding of construction techniques materials and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Effective communication and leadership skills to manage site teams.

Problemsolving skills to address onsite challenges effectively.

Proficiency in maintaining site records and using basic office software.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Chennai.
