- Working Experience in high volume Manufacturing set up
- Conversant with Manufacturing Processes
- Target oriented & expertise in Daily Work Management
- Expertise in Productivity & Efficiency Analysis
- Experience in SPC and Root Cause Analysis
- Familiarity in Lean manufacturing and Quality concepts
- Good Man Management skills
- Follow and implement 5S and Safety concepts
- Experience in SAP Business One/ERP System
- Willing to work in shifts
- Experience and Knowledge in Quality Management Systems
