Job Description
Experience
- Implementing projects to improve processes within the organization such as Lean Manufacturing process or process mapping exercises
- Reviewing current processes and recommending changes based on industry best practices
- Analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes
- Working with management to determine strategy for new initiatives or projects
- Developing an implementation plan for each project including identifying stakeholders creating timelines and developing budgets
- Participating in meetings with stakeholders to discuss process improvements
- Communicating with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures
- Reviewing employee performance to ensure that they are adhering to new processes
- Creating reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives
- Encouraging the team members for involving kaizen and helping for implementation of same
- Coordinate with the Business Excellence team for the new product development
- Coordinate with the customer for new product development
- Inspection & Procurement of new machinery for new process requirement
- Preparation of activity schedule for the development activities and ensuring the same until mass production
- Study of line feasibility for the new business requirement with Business Excellence team
- Development & training of new process based on the new requirement
- Training the team for the new process & product implementation (Including the quality standards)

- Automotive business process approach knowledge
- ISO IATF PPAP MSA SPC Knowledge
- AIAG CQI 17 Soldering process (reflow wave) Knowledge
- SMT process knowledge (PCBA PCB IPC standards)
- SMT part testing knowledge (ICT FCT AOI EOL)
- Problem solving (8D) Knowledge.
- Interpretation of 2D & 3D drawing & technical specification knowledge
- Capacity Analysis
- Feasibility study
- IMDS & Reach Compliannce
- Process Validation (Soldering IPC)
III. Education
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) Electrical /Electronics / Equivalent
