Job Description
- : Lead the development of sheet metal parts and assemblies using CAD software such as NX AutoCAD solidworks
- Create detailed 2D/3D development engineering drawings and specifications for sheet metal products.
- Define and oversee manufacturing processes including laser cutting bending forming punching welding and finishing.
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including development production quality and procurement
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including BOMs project reports and test results.
- Create and oversee PPAP documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
- Analyse product performance and customer feedback to inform future development.
