Role:
Develop and implement new food products focusing on seasoning condiment and culinary
aid innovations.
Lead product development projects from concept through commercialization ensuring
alignment with business goals.
Conduct sensory analysis and application trials to evaluate product quality and ingredient
performance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and operations to support
strategic business growth.
Manage multiple projects brands and customer relationships ensuring timely and
successful project delivery.
Utilize indepth knowledge of ingredients technology and manufacturing processes to
optimize product taste and functionality.
Ensure compliance with food industry regulations quality assurance programs and safety
standards of US.
Partner with suppliers to source highquality ingredients and maintain strong industry
relationships.
Apply analytical methods to assess spice quality parameters and drive continuous product
improvement.
Train and mentor junior staff sharing expertise in product development and sensory
science.

This position reports to Senior Management
This position has no direct reports but may assist in training coworkers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Degreelevel qualification in Food Science Food Technology or a related
technical field (Required).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in the food and/or flavor industry including at
least 3 years in Food Flavor applications in a flavor house and/or 3 years in a Food Product
Development within a consumer products company (Required).
Desired Skillset: Expertise in sensory analysis product development and
commercialization across a wide variety of finished product application categories.

Systems: Experience with culinary kitchen systems and laboratory analytical methods for

Travel: Occasional travel to manufacturing sites for product implementation (up to 15%
annually).
Language: Proficiency in English both written and spoken is essential
