Job Description
Were looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the procurement process ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services that align with organizational needs while maintaining quality and costeffectiveness. The role is based in Thailand and reports to the Head of Finance Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to source for potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs).
Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing activities.
Preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs).
Reviewing deliveries against the orders.
Dealing with real estate & workplace nonsupplied under orders over orders and damaged goods.
Analyzing spending patterns identifying costsaving opportunities and determining the most profitable offers.
Ensuring compliance with purchasing policy and legal requirements.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement construction IT system goods and services or supply chain management.
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words Excel Access).
Good knowledge of distribution management
Strong negotiation analytical and problemsolving skills.
Able to work well under stress in a fastpaced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
