We are hiring for the Head MD Office position based in Singapore. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will also work closely with the MD and other senior leaders to identify and execute highpriority initiatives that support the companys strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Performance management
- Drive business performance management of the MD Office scope including goal alignment process evaluating performance and driving interventions
- Act as a bridge between local leadership and regional stakeholders to:
- Discuss country performance
- Align support from functions and
- Align and drive strategic priorities
- Work with crossfunctional teams (Commercial Sales Operations Marketing etc.) in Singapore on highimpact projects
- Prepare reports presentations and other materials to support the MD in decisionmaking and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the MD on various crossfunctional initiatives encompassing OKR evaluations preparation and review of Investment Proposals active engagement in WBRs analysis of insights derived from discussions and involvement in other associated projects
- ThoughtPartnering
- Support Country Directors in designing solutions to complex business problems
- Conduct research and analysis on key issues and provide recommendations to the MD and relevant local directors
- Collaborate with the MD to identify key priorities align them with department heads/directors and offer support through analysis and project management as required
- Take ownership of competitorrelated information gathered from customers riders and vendors. Work closely with other department heads/directors including but not limited to those in pricing deals/discounts and overall experience to stay informed about any relevant movements in the market
- Special Projects
- Drive special initiatives that have topline / bottomline impact across Singapore
- Manage and oversee strategic Clevel projects from ideation to execution
- Build project plans with endtoend ownership from planning through delivery as required
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business economics engineering or a related field. An MBA or advanced Degree is preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in management consulting founders office project management or commercial roles
- Proven track record in leading and executing complex crossfunctional projects
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Experience working in the technology ecommerce or food industry is a plus
