Job Description
We are looking for a Meeting & Events Supervisor with a natural hospitable approach and knows how to exceed guest expectations. As a Meeting & Events Supervisor you will oversee the smooth operation of all banqueting events ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Supervise and coordinate all banqueting events including weddings conferences and private parties (up to 1500 guests);
- Contact person for our guests during events to ensure the event runs smoothly;
- Manage and train banqueting staff ensuring they adhere to hotel standards;
- Oversee the setup execution and breakdown of events;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :
- Experience in F&B departments;
- Natural leader and experienced in leading a team;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Handson mentality and a stressresistant approach;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language Dutch is a plus.
