Job Description
We are looking for an F&B Supervisor with a natural hospitable approach and knows how to exceed guest expectations. You are responsible in managing all the activities in the Grand Caf Krasnapolsky. In this position you will be responsible to manage the F&B team together with your colleague supervisors and the Restaurant Manager. You will ensure a smooth and efficient run of the daily operation and make sure that every guest experiences Authentic Luxury. Additionally you will be the one who will provide guidance training and the right examples to motivate the team.
Qualifications :
- Experience in F&B departments;
- Natural leader and experienced in leading a team;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Handson mentality and a stressresistant approach;
- Excellent communication skills good command of English. Dutch is a plus and preferably you also speak a second foreign language
