Job Description
The Civil Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all civil engineering and maintenance activities at the resort. This role involves managing a team ensuring the structural integrity of buildings coordinating landscaping and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all resort buildings and facilities including structural components roofing and waterproofing systems.
- Manage the maintenance of all landscaping areas including lawns gardens trees and shrubs.
- Inspect and maintain the exterior facades of buildings including painting waterproofing lighting and cleaning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all civil and finishing elements.
- Lead and supervise a team of civil technicians finishing tacticians landscaping team and casual labors if there.
- Develop and manage the departments budget related to his assigned area.
- Ensure that all work is performed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Comply with local building codes regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering and construction.
- Strong knowledge of building materials construction techniques and maintenance practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD BIM MS word excel and PowerPoint)
