Job Description
- Oversee lifeguard operations to ensure a safe enjoyable pool and beachfront experience for our guests.
- Conduct routine safety checks and ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Lead train and support the lifeguard team reinforcing best practices in water safety and emergency response.
- Coordinate lifeguard schedules assist in evaluations and implement training as needed to maintain high performance standards.
- Respond to emergencies swiftly and manage incidents with professionalism and care.
- Uphold Anantaras commitment to excellent guest service creating a welcoming atmosphere for all resort guests.
Qualifications :
- Certification in lifeguarding CPR AED and First Aid (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lifeguard with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies with confidence and efficiency.
- Passionate about guest safety and delivering exceptional service
