About the Role: Your Opportunity to Shine as a Bar Supervisor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team at RIU Hotels & Resorts. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive an outstanding experience while enjoying our wide array of beverages. You will oversee daily bar operations maintain high standards and lead our bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities for the Bar Supervisor Position
- Manage and supervise bar operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Train coach and motivate bar staff to enhance customer experience and maintain service standards.
- Ensure the bar complies with all health and safety regulations and operational policies.
- Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage budgets to minimize costs and wastage.
- Create and execute cocktail menus promotions and events to attract and retain guests.
Qualifications and Skills: What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a highvolume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverages including cocktails wine and beer.
- Exceptional leadership communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Certification in food and beverage safety or similar credentials is a plus.
