We are seeking an enthusiastic and goaloriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Krong Siem Reap Cambodia. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for driving sales growth managing client relationships and leading a highperforming sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing regular updates to senior management
- Organize and participate in industry events trade shows and networking activities to promote the companys offerings
- Implement and maintain a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a sales team
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a customerfocused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
