Poka was acquired by IFS on June 20 2023.
User Interface Design:
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Implement and maintain design system components ensuring consistency across the application.
Answering DesignOriented Questions:
- Provide support to fellow frontend and iOS developers by answering designoriented questions.
- Share insights and guidance on design principles best practices and UI/UX considerations.
Testing and Validation:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of the UI to identify and rectify bugs issues and deviations from our design standards. Implement a visual validation process to certify that a project is completed in adherence to our established design standards ensuring a consistent and polished user experience.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including project managers product designers and other engineers.
- Communicate progress challenges and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation for design specifications and requirements to facilitate a smooth design handoff process. Detailing UI architecture guidelines interactions and key elements to ensure effective knowledge transfer and helps maintain clarity throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- University degree or equivalent from a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity
- Experience in Figma
- Strong understanding of usability and usercentered design practices.
- A generalist mindset with the ability to work across design disciplines.
- Passion for emerging technologies and hunger to innovate.
- Willingness to get out and learn from users customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate the process with stakeholders and other interested parties.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with a crossfunctional teams.
A plus if
- Experience with bestofbreed or enterprisewide business applications
- Knowledge in Html and CSS
