We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to fill the role of Senior Coordinator - Administration and Facility Management. In this key position, you will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and administrative functions.
Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness. You will coordinate administrative tasks, facility management activities, and provide essential support to various departments, ensuring every aspect of our operations runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administration and facility management
Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices
Experience in vendor management and negotiation
Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to facility management
Sustainability Initiatives**: Support sustainability practices.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records.
Team Collaboration: Understand various departmental needs.
