Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative support or coordination roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to operate independently
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Experience with project management tools/software is a plus
Experience with Invoices.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional support
Project Coordination: Supporting the coordination and administration of legal projects, including tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
General Administrative Tasks: Handling day-to-day administrative duties, such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and maintaining departmental calendars
