Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist for Uptown Development. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Uptown Development team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Uptown Development team
Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documents
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks
Maintain accurate records and files
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
Provide support and coordination for special projects and events
1. Project Leadership and Management
Lead and manage high-impact development projects that align with the organization’s long-term strategic goals.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies, ensuring that development initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, operations, and R&D, to ensure the successful execution of development initiatives.
Oversee the execution of multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated.
2. Strategic Planning and Analysis
Contribute to the formulation and refinement of business development strategies based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitor analysis to support the development of new products, services, or market entries.
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and business growth.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to support long-term development goals.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, external partners, and investors, throughout the development process.
Present development plans, project progress, and results to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support for development initiatives.
Ensure clear and effective communication of development goals, timelines, and milestones across teams and departments.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Process Improvement and Innovation
Identify opportunities to enhance internal development processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve the overall effectiveness of the organization’s development efforts.
Lead the introduction of best practices, tools, and technologies to support innovation and improve productivity in development projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and scalability of development outcomes.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
Mentor and guide junior development staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
Provide leadership to teams working on development projects, ensuring they stay motivated, focused, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Facilitate team collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making to ensure the successful completion of development initiatives.
Manage the performance of team members, including setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback.
