Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Qiddiya Investment Company
Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, efficiently directing inquiries, and providing information about the organization
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces
Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the reception area
Facilitate communication between visitors and internal departments, ensuring their needs are met promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding guest management and privacy
Support emergency procedures and maintain safety protocols in the reception area
Client Support & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing information on available services.
Assess clients' needs and guide them through appropriate services and programs.
Ensure that clients are connected with the resources or services they require, whether it’s counseling, healthcare, financial support, etc.
Help clients complete necessary paperwork and documentation to access services.
2. Program Management
Plan, coordinate, and manage services or programs to meet client needs.
Ensure that service delivery adheres to policies, regulations, and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of service provision and client progress.
Track service outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of programs


Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor's, Diploma degrees or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with visitors and staff
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor to represent the company effectively
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in challenging circumstances
