Job Description

Your Career

We are looking for a highly experienced distribution manager to join our JAPAC GoToMarket Shared Services team. You will play a key role in elevating our engagement with strategic distributors in the JAPAC region. Your work will help us strengthen partnerships define strategies align priorities and ensure plan execution across subregions with the ultimate outcome to accelerate our commercial segment revenue booking growth in JAPAC.

Your Impact

  • Develop plan and implement strategies (volume and value) to achieve revenue growth targets and enhance profitability
  • Develop cosell execution tactics lead partner pipeline reviews and coach and challenge partners to transform their plans and strategies around sales and consumption You will facilitate collaboration between the partners sales team and other relevant teams to overcome obstacles compete and create deal proposals to meet consumption and key revenue targets You will work with your distributors on their top opportunities
  • Responsible for your distributors overall performance and accountable for keeping a regular rhythm of connection at executive and sales and delivery team levels to identify and resolve blockers in execution as well as accelerate performance You will drive adoption usage and performance of key programs and investments applicable to your partner that contribute to sales and consumption with endcustomers You will be responsible for creating correction of error plans when execution is below expectations
  • Build and maintain a trustedadvisor relationship with Csuite leaders of complex partners and will align partners priorities strategies and goals with PANs to build mutually beneficial account plans to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth
  • Lead the integration of skills capability and capacity plans for your distributors utilizing the right mix of sales and tech training to increase the partners capabilities You will enable partners to build highimpact PANW offerings and practices which grows partners business and delivers cloud consumption and digital transformation
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful campaigns and programs
  • Develop strong relationships with key distributors to drive business growth and foster increased customer loyalty

Qualifications :

Your Experience

  • Strong account management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards shared goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers partners and internal teams
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with the flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration marketing or a related field or equivalent military experience required
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in relationship based channel account management
  • Possess good business acumen in channels sales management
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry highly preferred
